The sales team at UHP acts as an advocate for property buyers, by advising property buyers on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters as they compare similar properties to determine its competitive market price, and will develop content for sales presentations or other materials to help the client take an informed decision. The team also acts as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers in coordination with the property listing team. After narrowing the options that suit the client, our sales team accompanies buyers during visits and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. They also evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms in case mortgage is needed. Once the decision is taken, our team will present purchase offers to sellers for consideration, and negotiate prices or other sales terms, prepare documents such as contracts, and purchase agreements.
